Customers services very friendly each time I called. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars rate due to having some issues with staff clocking in certain areas. GBGeoH is easy to use GeoH is easy to use, such that the oldest employee in my company learned how to use it in a day. I love their customer service and quick response when I have a question. They have put training videos that I can quickly refer to in case I'm stuck. Very friendly customer service.

GBThe patience and customer service from… The patience and customer service from Tyrell is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and if he says he will call you back, he does. I've not had any additional problems or situations with the new system. Still learning all the systems and its qualities as needed. The only thing is that, the company is growing and I'm afraid, I won't get Tyrell as much when I need him. And I understand that, but he is a great representation of good quality customer service!
