Pros/Cons The Pros: The products seem to be very well made. Tyler is responsive, kind, fair, and helpful. The Cons: I tried two of his products. One was the ball retainer. Unfortunately, the grip was so tight that I could only wear it for about 30 minutes. A retainer should be able to be worn for long periods of time, approaching 24 hours a day. The second product had a similar grip. I consider myself of average size and skin thickness. Sadly, no matter how well these product are made, they are simply unusable.

I first purchased a retainer and… I first purchased a retainer and couldn’t believe how comfortable it is. Also being a pee through device makes it perfect. I recently ordered the starter kit and more. I can’t wait to try them.
