I co-own a group counseling practice with 30 clinicians. We are insurance based with multiple insurances, and our former biller was overwhelmed and unable to complete all of the needed tasks. Providers Care Billing came in and quickly cleaned up our insurance aging report in our EHR, checked all of our clients' benefits, and provided clear and accurate communication to our staff. They also help us panel our clinicians on the more complex insurance panels. We have an admin follow up with client collections, but PCB is also able to help interface with clients about insurance issues (a rare find from a contracted billing company!). PCB is extremely easy to work with, and with everything they do, they have the most competitive rates out there! Highly recommend for all of your insurance billing needs!
