Charged my credit card $412.00 for a… Charged my credit card $412.00 for a Roho seat cushion that was back ordered. The product was never shipped. I was told the authorization on the credit card would drop off and I would not be charged. It seems like their own policies don't work. I've tried to get them to return my money but they give me the run around. Save yourself a headache and loss of money. There are plenty of other medical supply companies.

Excellent urinal -- no way it can leak or spill We have had experience with this type of urinal in the past and it is designed in an excellent manner. Does not leak, even if full and knocked down onto the floor! Highly recommend this item. Easy to clean, easy to use. Delivery was fast and item packaged well.
