Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.

Robert Lee (Roswell) treated us very well Robert Lee (Roswell, GA) didn't try to sell us anything but listened patiently and answered all of our questions. Other places we contacted spent their efforts trying to sell us a product of their choosing. Robert shared some valuable information about such machines that made it easier to fit all my specific needs. We had an in dept discussion about sieve beds/columns and I left with a clear understanding of how they worked and how to use my P.O.C. machine to increase its lifetime use. It was such a positive experience exchanging ideas and feeling at ease with such a large purchase. I went home feeling excited about my decision. Thanks so much for the time spent.

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Working with Michael Mishell 03 Working with Michael Mishell was a real pleasure. He knew everything about the product and explained things thoroughly. He was patient with me as I asked many questions. He called me back in a timely manner every time I left a message. Everything he said about the product was factual. Now that I have the Inogen G5, I am really pleased with the product.
