Awesome Service and Price! After a severe COPD attack requiring hospital treatment, oxygen was prescribed and required for discharge. A large machine was purchased locally. After a day or two house fever set in but I couldn't get more than 50' from the machine. I searched the web for different portable machines. OxiMed came through with a great price and overnight shipping. Now I'm able to get out and about.

My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini… My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

Excellent Service for Extra POC Batteries I checked with several online providers when we needed extra POC batteries for travel. When I called Oximedical and talked with Mike, I knew I had found the help that I needed. He was able to provide the batteries for our Rhythm P2 at a good price. He understood our situation and was able to get them to us quickly. Thanks Mike for your caring attitude.

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!
