Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

OxiMedical - Glendale, AZ We here in Southern Arizona are fortunate to have a sales & service facility of this caliber for respiratory machines. Since moving to this area I have been using them for service since 2017 and find that whether it's for warranty work or out of warrant, they always do their best to satisfy your needs. I would also like to compliment Leo Angel who not only handles most repairs but also the sales end in the front sales room for doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.
