GBAwesome Service and Price! After a severe COPD attack requiring hospital treatment, oxygen was prescribed and required for discharge. A large machine was purchased locally. After a day or two house fever set in but I couldn't get more than 50' from the machine. I searched the web for different portable machines. OxiMed came through with a great price and overnight shipping. Now I'm able to get out and about.

GBRobert Lee (Roswell) treated us very well Robert Lee (Roswell, GA) didn't try to sell us anything but listened patiently and answered all of our questions. Other places we contacted spent their efforts trying to sell us a product of their choosing. Robert shared some valuable information about such machines that made it easier to fit all my specific needs. We had an in dept discussion about sieve beds/columns and I left with a clear understanding of how they worked and how to use my P.O.C. machine to increase its lifetime use. GBG5 Great product, sales need to be more detailed some how we went from a g5 special 2995 lifetime warranty to 2195 with G4 trade in 3 year warranty somehow doesn't add up. Mostly since I was recovery from medical issues and really needed it, I let it slide. My fault for giving in. aside from poor sales tactics an excellent product, dwarfs the quality of the G4, a lot of degrading for a few lbs. they did not sell me the G4, I suspect to their advise would have not sold me the G4 to begin with

GBRegional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!
