Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Awesome Service and Price! After a severe COPD attack requiring hospital treatment, oxygen was prescribed and required for discharge. A large machine was purchased locally. After a day or two house fever set in but I couldn't get more than 50' from the machine. I searched the web for different portable machines. OxiMed came through with a great price and overnight shipping. Now I'm able to get out and about.

He has gone above and beyond what most people in the service industry would do! He had the patience of working with me to get a portable oxygen concentrator, for my sleep apnea. Satisfied Customer I was reviewing new portable oxygen devices online when a rep from oxymedical just popped up. At first I was leery but he allowed me to check things out and then I called him back.
