Satisfied Customer I was reviewing new portable oxygen devices online when a rep from oxymedical just popped up. At first I was leery but he allowed me to check things out and then I called him back. My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini… My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

Robert Lee (Roswell) treated us very well Robert Lee (Roswell, GA) didn't try to sell us anything but listened patiently and answered all of our questions. Other places we contacted spent their efforts trying to sell us a product of their choosing. Robert shared some valuable information about such machines that made it easier to fit all my specific needs. We had an in dept discussion about sieve beds/columns and I left with a clear understanding of how they worked and how to use my P.O.C. machine to increase its lifetime use.
