We talked several times along the way and I went ahead and ordered a new Inogen portable oxygen concentrator. Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Darren is one of the nicest salesperson… Darren is one of the nicest salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond what most people in the service industry would do! He had the patience of working with me to get a portable oxygen concentrator, for my sleep apnea. He worked within my budget so I could afford one. I will forever be grateful to him, what an asset to your company!!!
