Christian, our salesperson, rush-shipped a more powerful replacement to her and followed through to ensure that she had what she needed and that the return was simple. G5 Great product, sales need to be more detailed some how we went from a g5 special 2995 lifetime warranty to 2195 with G4 trade in 3 year warranty somehow doesn't add up. Mostly since I was recovery from medical issues and really needed it, I let it slide. My fault for giving in. aside from poor sales tactics an excellent product, dwarfs the quality of the G4, a lot of degrading for a few lbs. they did not sell me the G4, I suspect to their advise would have not sold me the G4 to begin with
