Since moving to this area I have been using them for service since 2017 and find that whether it's for warranty work or out of warrant, they always do their best to satisfy your needs. Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Same day rental made next day trip possible. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He assisted me to rent a unit to use while helping a dear 91 year old friend to move with her grandson to another state. We needed in the car enroute to the airport, in the plane, and to his home by car. It had to meet FAA regulations, and have two batteries, one capable of 5 hours of continuous operation. And we were leaving the next day! Other suppliers made it seem impossible, but with your company, all went smoothly. Thank you for your great service.
