Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.

Other places we contacted spent their efforts trying to sell us a product of their choosing. Robert shared some valuable information about such machines that made it easier to fit all my specific needs. We had an in dept discussion about sieve beds/columns and I left with a clear understanding of how they worked and how to use my P.O.C. machine to increase its lifetime use. It was such a positive experience exchanging ideas and feeling at ease with such a large purchase. I went home feeling excited about my decision. Thanks so much for the time spent.

Same day rental made next day trip possible. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He assisted me to rent a unit to use while helping a dear 91 year old friend to move with her grandson to another state. We needed in the car enroute to the airport, in the plane, and to his home by car. It had to meet FAA regulations, and have two batteries, one capable of 5 hours of continuous operation. And we were leaving the next day! Other suppliers made it seem impossible, but with your company, all went smoothly. Thank you for your great service.

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Brent was amazing! Brent went above and beyond making sure my loved one was safe, first! I am a 30+year caregiver and this was impressive. He was wonderful to work with. Thank you
