My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini… My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

Darren is one of the nicest salesperson… Darren is one of the nicest salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond what most people in the service industry would do! He had the patience of working with me to get a portable oxygen concentrator, for my sleep apnea. He worked within my budget so I could afford one. I will forever be grateful to him, what an asset to your company!!!

Same day rental made next day trip possible. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He assisted me to rent a unit to use while helping a dear 91 year old friend to move with her grandson to another state. We needed in the car enroute to the airport, in the plane, and to his home by car. It had to meet FAA regulations, and have two batteries, one capable of 5 hours of continuous operation. And we were leaving the next day! Other suppliers made it seem impossible, but with your company, all went smoothly. Thank you for your great service.

Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly and completely. These folks were always ready to help with any and all after sale questions. Excellent Service for Extra POC Batteries I checked with several online providers when we needed extra POC batteries for travel. When I called Oximedical and talked with Mike, I knew I had found the help that I needed. He was able to provide the batteries for our Rhythm P2 at a good price.
