Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Easy exchange! Our first purchase wasn’t powerful enough for my mother’s oxygen needs. Christian, our salesperson, rush-shipped a more powerful replacement to her and followed through to ensure that she had what she needed and that the return was simple. Awesome Service and Price! After a severe COPD attack requiring hospital treatment, oxygen was prescribed and required for discharge. A large machine was purchased locally. After a day or two house fever set in but I couldn't get more than 50' from the machine. I searched the web for different portable machines. OxiMed came through with a great price and overnight shipping. Now I'm able to get out and about.
