Excellent Service for Extra POC Batteries I checked with several online providers when we needed extra POC batteries for travel. When I called Oximedical and talked with Mike, I knew I had found the help that I needed. He was able to provide the batteries for our Rhythm P2 at a good price. Regional Manager Clark screwed up our… Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

Robert shared some valuable information about such machines that made it easier to fit all my specific needs. We had an in dept discussion about sieve beds/columns and I left with a clear understanding of how they worked and how to use my P.O.C. machine to increase its lifetime use.
