Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.

G5 Great product, sales need to be more detailed some how we went from a g5 special 2995 lifetime warranty to 2195 with G4 trade in 3 year warranty somehow doesn't add up. Mostly since I was recovery from medical issues and really needed it, I let it slide. My fault for giving in. aside from poor sales tactics an excellent product, dwarfs the quality of the G4, a lot of degrading for a few lbs. they did not sell me the G4, I suspect to their advise would have not sold me the G4 to begin with

I highly recommend working with Mike Mike worked with me on this purchase from the day I called just to ask a few questions. We talked several times along the way and I went ahead and ordered a new Inogen portable oxygen concentrator. Mike went above and beyond to work with me and to make sure that I had everything I needed. Mike was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel more like a friend than a customer. Everything was delivered when Mike said it would be. I highly recommend Oximedical for your oxygen needs.

My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini… My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

Leo was an super nice person Leo was an super nice person! He handled my problems with an older model Inogen oxygen travel concentrator. They were very friendly & professional. The store is exceptionally clean and products displayed beautifully. Leo Angel is truly an Angel. Donna B.M.
