Inogen G5 As of today I haven't used my new Inogen G5, due to the Covid-19 virus and my being in the high risk category we have been staying home. We do plan on going for a "ride" out in the desert to see all of the spring flowers and cactus blooming--as soon as we know it will be ok and I will use it then. I know it will be better than using the oxygen tanks, (small or large) as it won't be as heavy and I certainly won't have to drag it behind me.

Christian, our salesperson, rush-shipped a more powerful replacement to her and followed through to ensure that she had what she needed and that the return was simple. It was clear to us that he personally cared to get it right.

G5 Great product, sales need to be more detailed some how we went from a g5 special 2995 lifetime warranty to 2195 with G4 trade in 3 year warranty somehow doesn't add up. Mostly since I was recovery from medical issues and really needed it, I let it slide. My fault for giving in. aside from poor sales tactics an excellent product, dwarfs the quality of the G4, a lot of degrading for a few lbs. they did not sell me the G4, I suspect to their advise would have not sold me the G4 to begin with

Darren is one of the nicest salesperson… Darren is one of the nicest salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond what most people in the service industry would do! He had the patience of working with me to get a portable oxygen concentrator, for my sleep apnea. He worked within my budget so I could afford one. I will forever be grateful to him, what an asset to your company!!!

Excellent Service for Extra POC Batteries I checked with several online providers when we needed extra POC batteries for travel. When I called Oximedical and talked with Mike, I knew I had found the help that I needed. He was able to provide the batteries for our Rhythm P2 at a good price.
