I've been ordering from broda for 6… I've been ordering from broda for 6 years. Most if the time everything is great, few occasions I have recieved replacement parts that were not the correct parts. However the overall experience has been better then most vendors I have dealt with. The product is well known and works as it should with very little down time die to equipment failures.

I was very impressed with the Broda… I was very impressed with the Broda products as well as the service from rep. Sheila Longhi. Sheila did a remarkable job in marketing, educating, and acquiring the chairs we needed for our facility. We are a rural facility off the beaten track, but Sheila made 3 visits and always responded to my emails or phone calls. So far the 3 chairs we purchased are performing well. The users demonstrated an immediate improvement in positioning. The staff consistently remarked on how good the chairs looked and their ease of use. I hope they perform well in the long term and look forward to working with Broda in the future.

TOO much for TOO little I give Broda a two start for several reasons. They break easily, leaving them non usable. When you call there is NOONE to fix these VERY expensive chairs. I am a small facility and this is a large expense for us. I do not believe we have any usable chairs in my facility left from our original purchase and we are no longer allowed to purchase likely d/t this problem and the high cost..

The chair itself is wonderful The chair itself is wonderfully adaptable to fit my Mom, as she says: "like a hug". She loves being able to lean back in it. She, unfortunately, isn't able to amble with it now. But, it is still her favorite chair to sit in. And she loves to go for a push around the garden. The man who worked with me to order it (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) Was wonderfully helpful in getting the correct chair for her.

Broda Chair Performed As Advertised Broda Chair was purchased, by me, for my Mother, several years ago. It was delivered, "On Time", at the Price as quoted, and performed exactly as advertised.
