USExcellent Customer Service I accidentally ordered a product thinking I was ordering the entire CPAP mask when in fact it was just the pillow cushions. Therefore, I called the customer service and spoke with Sandy. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and very compassionate with all my cares and concerns.
