Would not do business again We did business and they had a problem selling their item to a client (nothing wrong with item) and demanded return and full refund. I have been threatened multiple times by them now (court, police, and more) for simply trying to charge a restocking fee since I only offer replacements.

I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger. When it arrived, it had a European plug. I worked with customer service and they were very helpful, but I ordered the unit in December 2021 and didn't receive the replacement until March of 2022. The replacement unit was not in as good of condition as the original one with the European plug. Employees were courteous and helpful but the product and delays were unsatisfactory.
