I have been enjoying both of the back… I have been enjoying both of the back and neck devices. What I feel is lacking is information. How long should the unit(s) be used per session. How many times per day/week should the devices be used (suggested)? Based on need, what is suggested use amount

Immediate relief at a very fair price! Ok, wow. In February I went to the hospital for some serious lower back issues.
