This product was a life saver! This product was a life saver. I had severe neck pain due to 2 bulged discs in my C5-6 and C6-7 which caused the pain to run down my shoulder and arm. I was taking pain killers, muscle relaxers, and nerve meds. After I began using this product I felt a huge relief after the first week and was able to get off all the meds. I continued using it regularly for a month and feel like I’m 100% again. Now I use it three times a week just to maintain my progress. Plus it feels good to release all the pressure. Lumbar device Lumbar device was quite easy to use right out of bag with great decompression. I am 21 year physical therapist and device is excellent just need a boost off the floor or hi-lo table.
