I have been enjoying both of the back… I have been enjoying both of the back and neck devices. What I feel is lacking is information. How long should the unit(s) be used per session. How many times per day/week should the devices be used (suggested)? Based on need, what is suggested use amount

Immediate relief at a very fair price! Ok, wow. In February I went to the hospital for some serious lower back issues. Given the current climate in our world, I’m unable to go to PT for recovery work. Normally I don’t pay attention to ads online, but this one got me. Great price, I need to do something other than stretch, let’s give it a try. Just received and used the full kit for the first time- OH MY what a relief! This product was a life saver! This product was a life saver. I had severe neck pain due to 2 bulged discs in my C5-6 and C6-7 which caused the pain to run down my shoulder and arm. I was taking pain killers, muscle relaxers, and nerve meds. After I began using this product I felt a huge relief after the first week and was able to get off all the meds. I continued using it regularly for a month and feel like I’m 100% again. Now I use it three times a week just to maintain my progress. Plus it feels good to release all the pressure. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from neck pain!

Lumbar device Lumbar device was quite easy to use right out of bag with great decompression. I am 21 year physical therapist and device is excellent just need a boost off the floor or hi-lo table.
