I have been enjoying both of the back… I have been enjoying both of the back and neck devices. What I feel is lacking is information. How long should the unit(s) be used per session. How many times per day/week should the devices be used (suggested)? Based on need, what is suggested use amount

Immediate relief at a very fair price! Ok, wow. In February I went to the hospital for some serious lower back issues. Given the current climate in our world, I’m unable to go to PT for recovery work. Normally I don’t pay attention to ads online, but this one got me. Great price, I need to do something other than stretch, let’s give it a try. Just received and used the full kit for the first time- OH MY what a relief! I can tell you...I am truly satisfied… I can tell you...I am truly satisfied with this product. I'm using it before sleep and when I have time, in the morning before getting my day started... my lower back feels extremely better!!!
