I have been enjoying both of the back… I have been enjoying both of the back and neck devices. What I feel is lacking is information. How long should the unit(s) be used per session. How many times per day/week should the devices be used (suggested)? Based on need, what is suggested use amount

This product was a life saver! This product was a life saver. I had severe neck pain due to 2 bulged discs in my C5-6 and C6-7 which caused the pain to run down my shoulder and arm. I was taking pain killers, muscle relaxers, and nerve meds. After I began using this product I felt a huge relief after the first week and was able to get off all the meds. I continued using it regularly for a month and feel like I’m 100% again. Now I use it three times a week just to maintain my progress. Plus it feels good to release all the pressure. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from neck pain!

After going through 30 sessions of… After going through 30 sessions of spinal decompression with a certified professional from March thru June for a severely herniated Lower disc and plenty of stenosis , I was looking for some type of home unit to help me continue with the progress of stretching/ decompression.
