I have been enjoying both of the back… I have been enjoying both of the back and neck devices. What I feel is lacking is information. How long should the unit(s) be used per session. How many times per day/week should the devices be used (suggested)? Based on need, what is suggested use amount

I bought this device to assist myself with necessary ongoing need for traction but especially now during an exacerbation with my sciatica! This is simply a MUST HAVE! So far been a great product and feeling… So far been a great product and feeling some relief. Hasn’t been long enough but product seems like it should last a long time. The price of this product would be one session for decompression on a machine so value is fantastic.
