USKAATSU-GLOBAL IS FIRST CLASS My age is 88. I incorporated KAATSU into my daily exercise routine, and started watching the Q & A Webinars on KAATSU-GLOBAL a little over 10 months ago. The more I use KAATSU, and the more I learn from the Webinars, the more enthusiastic I become about the benefits of Dr. Kato's program. I recently started using a pair of the new B2 leg bands with their attached controllers. Compared to the B1 leg bands I was using, the B2 leg bands' new features are truly beneficial, especially the more powerful compressors. Having personally communicated with management at KAATSU-GLOBAL I have witnessed first hand how businesslike, courteous, accommodating, anxious to keep their customers happy, I have found these gentlemen to be As well as how strongly they stand behind their products. USI bought the C3 in June I bought the C3 in June. In Oct. the connector on the leg band stopped working. After many communications they sent a new one. Then in January, I realized the leg bands were not inflating properly. Turns out one was leaking at the seam. For a product of this cost there should be a longer warranty than 6 months. Customer service was poor.

USBrand new C4 device does countdown from :30 Brand new C4 device does not consistently count down from :30 with device set on LOW. This makes doing a workout impossible when the device ceases to function and I have to reset it and hope it won't fail again. Occasionally the device performs as expected but not always and not often. It is not dependable. For such a high price point I expect better. Furthermore, customer service seems to be non existent. I've called and left messages and no one has gotten back to me. 1/23/24 UPDATE. I just received a phone call from Kaatsu. The representative walked me through a test to diagnose the problem. One of the arm bands was leaking air which is why the compressor appeared to get stuck - the arm band couldn't inflate properly. He is sending me a new arm band. Well done!

USI’ve been using KAATSU for 6 months or… I’ve been using KAATSU for 6 months or so. Have been incredibly impressed with the muscle gains. As a 63 year old woman, I found it time consuming to maintain muscle. With KAATSU, I’ve broken the plateau I sat at for many months. Expensive, but totally worth the money. Good customer support as well. Highly recommend.
