horrible customer service horrible customer service. To elaborate: 1- they are selling "out of stock" products on their website 2- to no fault of my own they are saying it will be at least 5-6 weeks to get the order 3- they are saying per their customer service rep "sorry, nothing can be done" as far as any concessions. I would think they would recognize this is an issue they created, not the customer. And most companies in this case would offer a discount, concession, or replacement order of a different product at no charge. Very sorry I took a chance with using this random company online. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere and not using this company.
