There were issues with the order twice… There were issues with the order twice but they were quick to respond and took care of them no questions asked. Accidents can happen and I'm happy that I worked with Goodtime to order these. Would purchase with them for any future needs and recommend them highly.

Unit shipped with damage The delivery was on time and the service was good. We checked the packaging for damage as instructed and it was intact. When we disassembled the packaging for installation, we found that the unit was damaged on top of the backslash. It had been packed at the factory with the damage.

Easy to work with I didn't exhaustive Internet search for new quality pediatric scales. I found this company. The units are well made, heavy , and appear pretty durable. The kids and staff loved the new scales.

The bed is excellent and working… The bed is excellent and working perfectly for our clinic. The delivery was not smooth but that was not this companies fault. The bed and the communication have been excellent!
