GBVery terrible company Very terrible company, and customer service. I was happy to receive everything and have a little piece of mind having the device on hand and needing to use it if be. But I never received my activation email which I was unaware of needing until I received the device and needed to use it and linked the device to the Bluetooth to my phone and downloaded the app and realized then. I searched my email, junk, spam, inbox and all. Nothing! Emailed them and got the silliest response, emailed back making them aware that they totally over looked or ignore my question in the email and they didn’t help me. No response. Just got billed for nothing and I’m not happy! Now they want me to pay for shipping to ship everything back since I cancelled… I don’t think I should have to cover the charges to ship back for something I never got to use due to their poor customer service that was no help! I still have every email from the interaction of me trying to get my activation email to use the device!
