GBWHEW! I give a 4 star rating because the service team followed through and eventually I received my juvent. I would like to recommend that a bi-weekly note be sent to us waiting folks to let us know we are still in the que and not forgotten about. It was a very stressful time of waiting and waiting. Contacting every month to ask if they have me listed for a juvent. I can not fault the unavailability of parts for the building of my juvent on the service team. I’m so thankful to have the juvent now and already noticing improvements.

GBPoor customer service There seems to be an issue with communication between Juvent & me as a customer. Every time I called, there appeared not to have any account or record on me so I always had to give them my phone number over & over. The juvent low impact device is over priced. Marodyne offers a .4G unit for $3,000 less.

GBThe customer service was prompt and… The customer service was prompt and helpful. I get so much relief from using the Juvent as my lower back was painful and the JUvent helps me loosen up and I am healing when I was stuck. I love my Juvent.

GBHad the am pm bone vitamins on the… Had the am pm bone vitamins on the shelf and had them handy when I broke my ankle. Hope your home vibration plate is ready for sale…I sure need one if you think it will help this injury (couldn’t paste X-ray photo), but lots of plates and screws
