USI have been ordering from BLUEKARMA for… I have been ordering from BLUEKARMA for awhile now, and have always been very pleased with both their service and their products. I was surprised however, when my last order did not arrive with their usual promptness. little did i know, they had been trying to contact me, and, having a new telephone, i was remiss in setting up my voicemail. when they finally made contact with me I informed them that I had not received my package from them. They asked me to check at the local post office, which I did, and was told my package had arrived a month ago, and they, after searching, told me that it had probably gotten lost. imagine my surprise when I informed them of this they offered to replace my complete order for just a minimal postage charge. It is not often that a mail order company would go to such a task to not only find out what happened to an order, but be kind enough to replace it.... Thank you BLUEKARMA!
