We love that this watch is easy to use-right out of the box with very little set up. It's water resistant & can be worn in the shower, so you never have to take it off. It's discreet, looks just like a regular watch. We've had great experiences with customer service & the test calls we have done. The representatives of the company have gone above & beyond to help & answer all our questions. Very happy with this product & so glad it exists!

GBFantastic Medical Alert System with Stellar Customer Service My Mother-In-Law has had her Kanega Watch for a few years now and loves it (we do too)!
