But in a short period of time, we realized that they could do so much more to support our practice. We have expanded their services to Scribing, Document Management, Voicemail to Tasking individual employees, Radiology authorization (MRI, CT scans) PVT/WC, FMLA/Disability form completion and Medication authorization. Along with many customized projects when needed. OrthoNY would have needed to double our ancillary staff and cost to the practice without the help of DataMatrix.
