Sleeve is very comfortable Sleeve is very comfortable. I like that it includes the top portion of my hand. I have a large arm circumference and needed an XXL. Wish there were loops or something to assist with pulling sleeve up independently. Required two person assist ti get it on all the way.

Highly recommend!!! The midweight abdominal girdle/brace has transformed my life! At 6 weeks postpartum, constantly carrying my very heavy and fussy baby was really taking a toll on my back. I am so grateful that my pelvic floor PT recommended I get this. It makes lifting and taking care of all of my kids so much more comfortable. In addition to helping heal my diastasis, I think it is also a good physical reminder and I find myself engaging my transversus abdominus a lot more often before movements. I have only had it for about 5 days, but the improvement in my low back pain has been life changing because I can now play with my kids more freely. I wish I had known about it in my previous postpartum journeys.

The product was fine The product was fine, but my experience with trying to cancel an order (mins after I had ordered it) request a refund was terrible. None of my emails or messages got a response from customer service. I didn't get the refund until I disputed the charge with my bank.
