We have been in business for 15 years We have been in business for 15 years. Since our beginning, we have always handled our Billing and Collections in-house. Over the past year, we contemplated outsourcing this component. We called a few companies, and were underwhelmed with what they had to offer. We then called Chol and Medcare MSO.
