I was able to obtain updates on the status of my PPP loan application easily and uploading the required documents was also a simple process. The customer service was exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Become and with Kabbage. Thank you for helping us during the most trying times. It was so very much appreciated.

Reviews The funding process was fairly straightforward and Mark worked with me to get the best possible program. However, I told Mark the weekly payment must come out on a Monday. He said that should not be a problem. But, it was. The payment came out on Thursday. I also told him that the funds were put into my account then I would create a new account to separate the payments from my operating account. Again, Mark said that won't be a problem just call the Company's customer service department and they will make the switch. Nope, after putting me through a lot of red tape they then said I could only change if there's fraud involved.

Extremely happy I had been a bit nervous and hesitant about reaching out and getting a business loan but everyone that I dealt with has been so helpful and friendly. The whole process was very quick and simple and that really surprised me. Thank you Team from a very happy and satisfied customer.

I was searching for about 6 weeks for funding! I was searching for about 6 weeks, and almost took an mca loan, what is not an apr because if you convert using same payment parameters it’s at 40% !!! Luckily I came across this company, which is providing a great service for business people with a nice fiscal history. They are quick , fair and awesome!! I would highly recommend them and will be my go to funding in the future and whom I recommend in my circle! I predict my success will be tied hand in hand with this company!
