I was able to obtain updates on the status of my PPP loan application easily and uploading the required documents was also a simple process. The customer service was exceptional! Reviews The funding process was fairly straightforward and Mark worked with me to get the best possible program. However, I told Mark the weekly payment must come out on a Monday. He said that should not be a problem. But, it was. The payment came out on Thursday. I also told him that the funds were put into my account then I would create a new account to separate the payments from my operating account. Again, Mark said that won't be a problem just call the Company's customer service department and they will make the switch. Nope, after putting me through a lot of red tape they then said I could only change if there's fraud involved.
