Seamless as usual Seamless as usual ! I have had a Business Loan with Prospa (Become) every year for the last 3yrs. Never, have i ever, felt pressured by this company. Only offered great advice and service. This year I switched from the normal Business Loan I get, to a Line Of Credit. "Liam" was very patient explaining to me how it would work best for me, and answered my never ending questions promptly and knowledgeably. Called at 4pm one afternoon, was approved and had funds by 2pm NEXT DAY! After being a loyal customer of theirs going into the 4th year now, I can highly recommend them to any business - from the smallest self employed, and businesses beyond. I have room to breathe again. It was nerve wrecking to wait It was nerve wrecking to wait for the money to be deposited into our account, having gone through the first round just to learn that they ran out of $ before funding our application. But, other than that, it was a good experience. Also, trying to figure out our spending was also nerve wrecking, but now that it has been extended to 24 weeks, it is much better.

The facebook ad did not state they would do a full background check before providing a list of potential lenders. I clicked through thinking I was getiing some general information and an idea of the types of lenders we could look at using for some early exploratory work and next thing they are asking for detailed company information that a bank requires. This was done without setting up any type of login or agreeing to their terms or being told of their privacy collection policies. Extremely Dodgy.

I was able to obtain updates on the status of my PPP loan application easily and uploading the required documents was also a simple process. The customer service was exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Become and with Kabbage. Thank you for helping us during the most trying times. It was so very much appreciated.
