BDSent my phone after receiving…weeks to process Sent my phone after receiving valuation… Sent my phone after receiving valuation - not a mark on it as I have full front/back protector on from day I bought it. Battery was over the % they stipulate. Took almost 4 weeks to process and then they responded telling me they would offer £19! I reflected their offer but goodness knows how long it will take to receive my phone back. Little or no response from customer service during that time…..Avoid this company like the plague!
