Great experience! My Account Manager, Kati, was very responsive and ushered us through the process. I also was able to meet more of the team over a conference call and they asked great questions and understood our business. Their portal is innovative and thorough. While that process took some time, I understand the necessity of it and its MUCH less burdensome than dealing with a traditional lender. I receommend!

Would recommend Katiusca made my experience fantastic! I was approved and money in bank in a few days. It's a decent rate for basically nothing up front and the speed of service. My only complaint with these services if they do not initially show bank APR, but SellersFi / Kati were quick to give me APR when asked, so that's fine. This cash is super helpful going into the holiday season.

Petty Company - Bad for Ecom/DTC Businesses We had applied last year and had received a funding offer which we had not taken as it had turned out that we had not needed it. The results? We had grown our revenue over 170% and increased profitability while doing it. That's atypical - in a good way. And we're going to be included as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the country. We need working capital for inventory due to increased demand. Yet, we had gotten rejected outright. That makes absolutely no sense and management had assured us last year that there would be no issue lending us. If you're an ecommerce business, there's much better lenders out there. These people are the worst. Do not believe what you see on Trustpilot. I will encourage other colleagues to leave a bad review that may have not done so before despite having a horrid experience with them.
