USProduct leaked during shipping I ordered two gallons of isopropyl alcohol. I was satisfied with the price per gallon and appreciative of the free shipping (bought two gallons instead of one to meet the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping). I received an order confirmation email shortly after placing my order but did not receive an email that my order had been shipped. After about a week I emailed to ask about the status of my order. I received a very pleasant reply explaining that them items I had ordered were on back order but were expected in soon, along with an apology for the delay. Once shipped, I did receive a shipping confirmation email which included tracking information for the package. Several days (4?) later, my order was delivered. Although the bottles were well-packed with bubble wrap, the box was wet. Upon opening, my husband (I was at work) found that one of the bottles had leaked (although the foil safety seal was on the opening, it wasn’t sealed completely) and cap was loose. Since each bottle was in a sealed plastic bag, there was alcohol in the bag with the leaking gallon. My husband took out the leaking bottle and cut a hole in bottom of the plastic bag to put the alcohol back into the bottle. But the bag holding the leaky bottle had a small hole in it... hence the wet box. I took a photo to show how much alcohol we got in the leaky bottle after all was said and done but cannot see how to attach it to this review. Approximately two cups of alcohol had been lost. Perhaps shipping tape over the cap might help prevent (or at least lessen) such leakage in future shipments? I would have liked to have given five stars but with two separate issues, I did not feel it was warranted.
