This company misleads international customers - stay away. While the emails I have received from this company are polite, I advise international non-US customers to stay well away. All they do is repeat unhelpful advice and once you receive your product (in my case a Resmed AirSense 11 Auto) you are completely on your own. They 'mention' the things that do not work for international customers on their website but do not let you know actually how significant this is. For example, they will refer you to third party software applications that are old as the hills and difficult to use. The machine I was sent does not report time correctly and says I'm still in bed at midday. This makes a big difference in the quality and accuracy of the sleep reports. (And no this can't be fixed or re-set - the machine does not even offer my local GMT time of +9.30). They've also sent me a faulty product - the hose leaks where it connects to the machine, it intermittently under-reports usage - badly - and says I've only used the machine for minutes or an hour or so when I've actually slept for 6 or 7 hours which makes the report for that day useless. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay away from these CPAP companies, particularly those which are overseas, which are unethical and untrustworthy and save yourself a lot of money and grief. ETA: And their reply below supports exactly my complaints above. All they've done is repeat their standard advice which does not help or work. This company is hiding behind calibration to mask two faults with the machine. The hose leak is not a calibration problem - it's a fault with the machine and yet they will not assist under warranty in any way or refund. The usage reporting problem has been looked at by a number of people who are CPAP experts and no-one has been able to solve it - as one of them said 'Resmed sucks' and it seems 'CPAP Specials' do too. They are simply a reseller taking advantage of people. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Got what I ordered in 7 days I ordered an Airsense 11 with mask for 1300 aussie dollars. Both items arrived 7 days later with free shipping, neatly packaged with no damage. The price I paid is half of what I would have paid in Australia and I was worried that this price may have been too good to be true and that it could have been some kind of scam. But it was no scam! Got the products as ordered. I understood before ordering that some product features would not work for the American model in Australia (Wont sync with ResMed MyAir app, american power plug etc) but I choose to use an SD card and to manually upload my data to SleepHQ.com manually and to save myself $1,000

This company is a scam!!! I did order for almost 3 months! But until now, I still have not seen my product yet! I did message them but they keep asking me to wait! Guys, please do not spend your money here!

Wary User. Greatly satisfied I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and I needed a machine. I had trialled the Resmed Airsense 10 but unfortunately the Airsense 11 wasn’t available in Australia and there was no expected date for release. I found cpapspecials as a suggestion and I was very wary of purchasing from this website because a) it is in America and b) the mere lack of reviews. I decided to buy it and I was confident that my card co would take care of me if it was a scam. However, the machine was dispatched the next day and I received it within 8 days! The bonus was that it was free shipping. I am very happy with my machine and can guarantee that this is a legitimate business. Thank you!
