Physical Therapy I have a private practice physical therapy business and have had a working agreement with Imedclaims for the past year. I have nothing but positive things to say about Imedclaims. They are very professional and do and excellent job of communicating with me and my staff. I would strongly recommend Imed claims to anyone!!!

We have never done medical billing… We have never done medical billing before and that was made very clear up front, prior to our contracting with this company. They promised us they would help us with the billing and codes and everything. We were told to fraudulently change diagnostic codes, told to bill under occupational therapy when we are not occupational therapists, and have been denied over $62,000 worth of claims. Now we are close to being shut down and they just take their money and don't care and did NOT help in any way with helping us figure out how to do this. Hopefully someone else can help us recover these funds. If you don't have a professional medical billing person then DO NOT HIRE THIS CRAP COMPANY!!!
