GBI placed my order I placed my order, received confirmation of order received. The next day I received an email saying good news, your order has shipped. Estimated delivery June 9. I stayed home on June 9 awaiting my delivery. Package didn't come by 4 so I called the company. I was told my order could not ship before June 20, despite them sending the email and tracking number. My credit card was charged for a product that did not ship. I was then promised a shipment would go out that night. I am watching the tracking number and there is no movement. My next step is to contact the BBB and the attorney general of my state. I will also be disputing the charge on my credit card.
