There’s no contact number for customer service they are very slow to respond. If you can get supply else where I recommend it. The product is legit but time and service awful.

Due to the snow storm in Spain there was a small delay, but they sent me an extra free package of medical type IIR masks. If there’s an issue they‘ll take care of it. I had my doubts cause of past reviews on other sites, but they cleared those issues up her well 😃

N 95 mask I ordered in 95 mask and the quality that I received was excellent. They offer the replacement filters and shield guards which is very helpful and make the mask a very reusable product. It does take a while to receive the product but they are very good to respond to your inquiries and are most helpful.
