Poor customer service, cheated me on shipping I ordered a Covid test and paid $20 extra for 2-day shipping. They shipped UPS ground, which will take 10 days. No apology, just told me to ship it back (at my expense!) and I would get a refund when they have it back. Beware, POOR customer service!
