USThe Hale product really works well. I have used the Hale product for almost one year. I follow the directions to break-in the plastic then use for about 10 days before tossing. Some nights when my nose is completely clear I don't use it. I use it probably 80% of the time since I am always fighting the next sinus infection from blocked nasal passages. My wife reports that I NEVER snore (or wake up) when using the Hale product. My nose is always still open when I arise in the morning, so I think it is a great product that I highly recommend.
