NO one at Hale will respond NO one at Hale will respond to my request to email me a Return Label Number so that I can send the product back for a full refund. WHy? I am believing them to be a scam. Why else would a so-called legit company and time-limited guarantee not be available to its customers? This is at the bottom of professionalism.
