GBNot Trustworthy I ordered the at-home sleep study, did the intake call with a “nurse,” and then when I received the home sleep test I completed it right away. That was five months ago and I haven’t received any results or communication since the intake. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and using the live messaging app on their website multiple times and no one responds. I have no idea if it’s a legitimate website or not. And I have no idea where or to whom my private health information went after it was uploaded to the device’s app. Very disappointed and would not recommend to others.

GBDon't order from here Don't order from here. Customer service has literally 3 people working and they have conflicting information. My test is stuck in Ohio. It's been a week. They won't issue refunds until it basically returns to them. They can't expedite a new test. I wasted a month waiting for 2 different tests that did not come.

GBI ordered OEM got imitations (bait and switched) I ordered Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Philips Respironics filters, as advertised on their website. What I got was an imitation brand. Their description and picture showed the OEM product. I specifically ordered it because I want the OEM filters as there are lots of "off brand" types at the big online retailers. Sadly disappointed that I got some off label version. I could have purchased it cheaper at Walmart.com if I wanted a non-OEM product.

GBCan'tge Get a Refund I placed an ordera month ago for a mask. Unfortunately, I didn't realize you needed a prescription for a mask. They immediately sent an email stating they could not process the order, so I requested a refund. Here we are a month later and no refund. I've contacted them 4 times, by email and their messaging app online. They do not respond. I now have to do a charge back and leave them negative reviews because they apparently don't value customer satisfaction.
