Well made, comfortable This is a much better splint than the first one I bought which was 1/2 the price. This brace stays in place all night when sleeping which is a big factor. The velcro is very strong and the open elbow was key to my comfort. It is very comfortable. As one other review mentioned the splint may not be enough alone, PT etc may be necessary and I think that is right. The splint has definitely relieved the numbness in my fingers and hand while sleeping and upon waking up on the morning. It has not relieved the pain at the lateral epicondyle of my elbow. Delivery was as stated by Overstock and the product as described.
