GBI ordered something 3 weeks ago & paid… I ordered something 3 weeks ago & paid extra for faster shipping. Still haven't received rhe merchandise - But I did get a bill for it. So I called overstock and could find no information on me.

GBNo product shipped, no response from them Ordered a brace July 30, got confirmation email. Have not gotten any response or shipping notification …. I sent follow up emails august 3rd, 5th, and 9th. My last email asked them to cancel my order. Still haven’t heard from them, it’s the 13th, we’ve gone a full two weeks with no response of from them. Hope they give my money back for the product they never sent me….
