good guidance, wary product I liked the support and guidance received, the person was great. The product itself is wary, you don't know the bank you get and not even the one it could be. Since the well-known institutes BofA, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. are mentioned in the FAQ the expectation is to get one of these or similar. In the end I got one of these neo-banks I have never heard of and am now forced to use.
