Russ was easy to work with Russ was easy to work with. He went back to the underwriter several times to fight for what we wanted. He showed genuine interest in our business. The loan terms were ridiculous, but their customer service was great.

Matt McDevitt is great!! Communication was difficult. I've been trying to contact Eric P through vm & email on the status of our application. No response. The 1-800 number does not work. I'm looking at the reviews but why isn't my process like their?? Feeling frustrated..... I edited my review because Matt went above and beyond to make certain the rest of my process was great.
