Many time a customer will come in with their own CS or not. I would like to be able to order CR with or without CS as needed.

I have been using ATS for over 15 years… I have been using ATS for over 15 years now. Their service is reasonably priced, and the response time is quick. I trust their reports and have made many decisions on potential tenants because of that . Highly recommend using ATS.

I have used ATS for many years and have… I have used ATS for many years and have always been more than satisfied, Recently they have increased the Criminal search and it does take quite a long time for results. I'm happy they do a thorough search. When I have an active prospective tenant, I want my results as quickly as possible. But I also want a thorough report. This can take quite a bit of time and I have to keep telling prospective tenants that it should be ready soon, but it still takes a long time. I don't want to lose a good tenant but I don't one who stars in the criminal report! The Customer Service Department is more than helpful and they help to get a faster response if they can. Always friendly and helpful and keep me updated. I am a small landlord but I love ATS for their thoroughness. Just need it a bit faster. If you choose ATS, you will not be disappointed.
