GBI've been a Pal for over a year now I've been a Pal for over a year now. Have been near and far from home to take visits with people through this company. I don't always understand nor do I agree with the payments. Especially when it come to taking a member to a Dr Appointment. My trip tells me the fastest, shortest route due to road construction. And I get paid what they want to pay me. You can never speak to a person. So I just don't choose those Visits! Lesson Learned

GBDon’t bother filling out Papa Pal’s employment application to be a Pal if your vehicle is older than 2008. At least a week ago I applied for employment as a Papa Pal. Your Pal application requested year make and model of my vehicle; model years in your drop-down menu went back only to 2008. My vehicle is a 2000 model year Toyota Camry Solara. I kept receiving vague texts — my application was incomplete yet the app showed everything was completed or pending, your text messages did not tell me Why incomplete. I called on 1/18/24, 1:23pm spoke to Miss Rodriguez, then Danielle who informed me as of yesterday 1/17/24 Papa Pal issued new policy - Pals w/vehicles older than 2008 are ineligible for employment. I’m disappointed in this new policy of yours since my 23 year old vehicle has less than169,000 miles, in pristine condition. I’ve wasted almost a week and a half waiting to be employed at Papa Pal. Part of your application should clearly state “Pals whose vehicles are older than 2008 model year are not eligible for employment with Papa Pal ON THE PAL APPLICATION.

GBI received an email from papa pal… I received an email from papa pal changing to stripe to pay. After following their exact procedures, they are telling me that they cannot see my account information to pay. After numerous calls to Stripe, I was told that all information is there and that there is an integration issue on Papa Pal's end. Two weeks later, I still have not been paid for services and Papa Pal is still standing that I have not completed necessary information. Anyone have this issue? I am reaching out to corporate because no else is trying to help me. What poor customer service.
