Super grateful My experience with Robert and Glei has been great. They brought hope to my family and helped my daughter in a way that we thought was not possible. Our communication and support has been great and I’m very grateful for the opportunity my daughter had during their time together. They go the extra mile and they never leave you alone. I am eternally grateful!! I found Robert and Glei during a desperate 11 PM Internet search for trichotillomania help. I looked at their website, and every review I saw was so hopeful and exciting, I couldn't help but ask my parents to sign me up!!! I went in fully ready to commit and get rid of this whole eyelash-pulling thing, and boy, was I in the right place!! Robert and Glei were incredible teachers, mentors, and cheerleaders on our 7 week journey, which then extended into my complimentary private session! I had the luxury of a small, three-person group, and just getting to know the two other girls who were in my same position was a blessing!! I never felt like I was alone, and even though I was easily the youngest in the group, I never felt like I was "too young" or "too immature"! The environment was supportive, helpful, and welcoming, and I am forever indebted to these amazing people for the change they have pushed me to make for myself!!

So Thankful When I reached out to Robert and Glei in March, our 12-year-old son was completely bald on the crown and front of his head. We started the 90-day program feeling desperate and hopeless. After his first 3 sessions, our son began to gain control over his urges, and we started to feel hopeful. He just finished the program. His hair is filling in, he is feeling confident, and we are all tremendously relieved. Robert and Glei built a strong and positive rapport with our son (not the easiest thing to do with a 12-year-old boy!), helped him understand himself and his urges, and taught him how to take and maintain control. We are so grateful for their expertise and for the support that they provided for our son and us as parents throughout this process.
