They lack on communication and payments They lack on communication. A lot. If you do not ask they never bother themselves. They barely communicate and tell you about the company policies. Then they say you should have asked. But in fact as a company they are responsible to explain their employees about the policies. They make payments late. Again you have to ask for the payments. No one seems to bother themselves to make payments in time. I do not recommend someone to work with this company. At all.

The approach has some similarities with other methods but it differentiates from by using power of audiovisual content that aims your subconscious mind. The key is that you really have to understand every single word, be patient and spend required time to take notes ( as several times mentioned in the app). I quit with this app, I have a new identity as non smoker and I finally saw that there is NO BENEFIT of smoking. 😉
