Only thing is I wasn’t really informed after they took the blood for 30 days even when I sent messages. I did call and was able to reach someone. I feel like somewhere there should be a message informing it reached location after pick up and what the next step is.

I will say however, that the transaction with the seller was handled quickly and smoothly, the book arrived very quickly and was in the same excellent condition as it was advertised. I loved it super easy sign up online… I loved it super easy sign up online got my kit in about 4 days. My birth went super smooth it took about 30 min for them to collect the core blood. the communication they are super fast to respond if I have any question will be using them for my next baby for sure

Highly Recommend!! I recieved the kit quickly after ordering. I've never used a kit like this before, but it had easy enough instructions for me and my medical team to follow. I was nervous about the pick up service coming on time but they were great as well. I definitely recommend- I love the peace of mind and it's not terribly expensive. The communication from the company has been great so far as well.
