I have used this service 2 times now in… I have used this service 2 times now in my hotels. As a client needing a antigen test to continue cruising I was very concerned as to where to get my test not knowing the cities I was visiting or my way around. We paid $250 and never received… We paid $250 and never received results. We emailed and called the company multiple times w no response. Very disappointing. Update: the company did refund us after this review.
