They care… This company seems to be more engaged on a personal level than any other I’ve researched. I have been impressed by their professionalism, speed and care in meeting my needs. I researched a long list of providers before deciding that Alan Meds offers the best options, price and service for me.

I tried the semiglutide product and… I tried the semiglutide product and found it to be completely ineffective in helping me with my weight loss goals. When I called customer support for help, they suggested that I up my dose, after explaining that I had already been on the medicine before and didn't see any results. She then mentioned I would need to discuss wjtg tge doctor, my doctor refused to up my dose unless I paid for another month's worth of the product. It seemed like they didn't care about my concerns at all and were only interested in making more money off of me. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Great Customer Service I placed an order with Alan meds Monday. I received a notice my package was delivered Friday. I did not receive my package. I reached out to customer service got an immediate respond and they had a replacement prepared by Friday. I greatly appreciate the time an attention that was given to my issue and how quickly they worked to resolve a problem they did not create.
