I tried Maximus after weening off… I tried Maximus after weening off traditional TRT and although this didn't work for me like I'd hoped, Dr. Cole and the team were very understanding, responsive, and professional. I don't know if this product would be enough for someone who is clinically low but it may help bridge the gap for someone on the lower side. Wishing the team the best!

Very responsive….great customer support Probably one of the best and most easiest companies I’ve worked with. Mickler from customer support made my experience with Maximus Tribe very pleasant and really easy to work with. Maximus Tribe is very responsive when dealing with receipts, pay issues, lab reports, etc, thank you Mickler. They are very helpful with dealing with FSA. I started my journey back in January and support like this really allows me to be confident in Maximus Tribe and allows me to be more comfortable with my journey.

Update on previous review I got in touch with MaximusTribe yesterday and most of the responses I received were vague and unclear in terms of outlining their process . A few things you as a consumer need to know when buying a product from Maximus . 1.) you will not a receive a product right away . First you have to complete a pretty minimal intake form , then they ship you a lab kit where you are required to draw your own blood , then you send back and the doctor reviews and then hopefully your prescription is sent in and you receive the product . By the time this is all said and done you will already be being charged your 2nd month . 2. Apparently there is a no refund policy regardless of if you actually receive the product or service . This was explained to me by their customer success manager when he let me know he would only provide me with a refund if I were to take down my review from TrustPilot. He said it was a fair compromise . Or is it just plain sketchy to blackmail someone with a refund so that more consumers continue to get scammed . 3. You guys there are plenty of caring and thorough health practitioners who will provide you with the best care and product . If you are going to buy from this company read all the fine print and be prepared to be charged a lot of money to get nothing . 4. Maximus Tribe shame on you there are people trying to improve their health conditions that come to you . I may have just forfeited 400 bucks but preventing just one person from being scammed is totally worth it . Proceed with caution . I wish you all the best of luck on your health journey !
