My wife and I cruise fulltime on our 40ft sailboat, which makes doctor visits difficult, expensive, and sometimes impossible. Each Jase kit cost us less than the office visits to a doctor. Not knowing the direction that the world is taking, having antibiotics on-hand gives us peace-of-mind.

Just outstanding The process to order was quick and easy. I knew when my order shipped with a supplied tracking number. My order came with the case and booklet, which are both very useful. I had a small issue with my order and Anna at JASE corrected the issue to complete satisfaction in under 24 hours. Everything about my experience has been top notch and their service has put my mind at ease that I am as prepared as I can be.

Things to think about Smooth rather easy process. My biggest problem is that they expire 1 to 1-1/2 years from now. 2/24. Alot of money spent on this insurance.

Do not use I'm very frustrated with Jase - I used Jase in the past for emergency antibiotics - they were slow, but I eventually received my medication. However, I recently tried to use them for other medications. They listed my meds on their site, but weeks went by and I received nothing - no explanation. When I reached out to them to complain, they told me they don't carry the medication (it is a common one). That didn't keep them from taking my money. Never again!

Very satisfied with the company. Delivery was much quicker than expected. I had question about my purchase which was addressed very quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Anna and Anne in Customer Service who assisted me. Their physician staff are also very careful in evaluating a client’s needs. Would recommend to anyone who has need of their products.
