GBI love the sound not the “manage your account” I am new to this app and have only used it for the past three days. I love it but have difficulty with the “manage your account” section. The steps are rather convoluted. I e-mailed the customer support and they have helped me. The sound is wonderful but the rest of the app could be easier to navigate.

GBThis company is a money hungry company… This company is a money hungry company where they will charge you for a subscription that you never get to utilize. Poor communication and not very informative when it comes to billing. STAY AWAY from this company there are so many other Emr system out there are more affordable and offer better customer service.

GBAlthough I don't really understand the… Although I don't really understand the provenance of this app and it's technology and as yet I'm unsure how much it's helping me - I decided to buy the lifetime plan because I like it so much. I think it's been produced well and customer service has been excellent too. Anything that is relaxing and therapeutic and can get me to stop overdoing things for 12 minutes a day is worth it!

IEVery happy I have been using the app now for almost 2 months. I have read up on the science but didn't understand a lot of it. I have decided to take the lifetime subscription because of the effect it has had on me. I listen to it first thing in the morning and I just feel more positive, energized. I stopped for a week in the middle and I noticed the difference, not a good one, and felt the mental lift once I went back to it again. the customer service is excellent, they always respond and answer any queries. Even after you sign up the customer service remains the same. They are not just about taking the money. Thank you Albert.

GBThis app balances my mind! From the first time I tried the app I noticed a change in my mind. I just listen every day before getting out of bed and know it changes me but cannot tell you how!
