Incredibly relaxing, calming music. I started listening in the morning, which was calming but soon realized this is perfect to do right before bed. I go to be feeling calm and relaxed, I fall asleep much more easily and sleep through the night. If I am stressed, I will listen during the day and it calms me right down. I love the variety!

Within the first week trial, I was already so calm and able to think clearly in my business AND I even had all kinds of new ideas to bring to the business table this week! I've had vivid dreams, calmness, overall clarity in my business and being able to sleep and think which all of these benefits I've experienced so far and I'm sure I still have more to experience later. I try to listen to a DIFFERENT session everyday for at least 12 minutes. This seems to be having the most benefits in less than a week.

Very happy I have been using the app now for almost 2 months. I have read up on the science but didn't understand a lot of it. I have decided to take the lifetime subscription because of the effect it has had on me. I listen to it first thing in the morning and I just feel more positive, energized. I stopped for a week in the middle and I noticed the difference, not a good one, and felt the mental lift once I went back to it again. the customer service is excellent, they always respond and answer any queries. Even after you sign up the customer service remains the same. They are not just about taking the money. Thank you Albert.
