Within the first week trial, I was already so calm and able to think clearly in my business AND I even had all kinds of new ideas to bring to the business table this week! Very happy I have been using the app now for almost 2 months. I have read up on the science but didn't understand a lot of it. I have decided to take the lifetime subscription because of the effect it has had on me. I listen to it first thing in the morning and I just feel more positive, energized. Beautifully relaxing listening… Beautifully relaxing listening experiences. I say experiences because each time the sound patterns, depth, speed and rhythms change. I chose the 12 minute daily sounds at bedtime. The sounds are surprising as they change and this tends to keep focus on them taking away thoughts from my day or about to tomorrow. It has put me asleep in mere minutes. The daily calendar takes you to a new sound 2 or 12 minutes everyday making it an easy routine and something to look forward to. Remarkably peaceful.
