Stefanie Grace - Women's Health Coaching is a holistic company offering coaching, retreats and workshops to support women in creating a healthier relationship with their bodies, minds and food. Founded by Grace, the CEO, our mission is to empower women through a transformative journey of self-discovery and acceptance. Grace's personal journey of self-love and self acceptance has inspired her to share her invaluable techniques and experiences. Having struggled with an eating disorder herself in her youth, she understands the complexities of a dysfunctional relationship with food, body image, self-confidence and self-esteem. As a certified mind-body eating coach, passionate yoga and meditation teacher and mentor, Grace is now committed to helping women discover their inner strength. Her goal is to empower every woman she works with, boosting their self-esteem and encouraging self-love.

Women circles & workshops "When women gather, magic is happening." This one sentence, I think, sums up very well what to expect in Grace` Women Circles. Her incredibly fiery enthusiasm for the entire circle and the topic - and the warmth with which I felt welcomed into the space - inspired me deeply.
