I used the product for six weeks I used the product for six weeks, unfortunately for me it didn’t work at all, I must be one of the 3% that it won’t work on. With the refund policy, after 4 weeks, I contacted the company and Moriah at customer service was very helpful, she arranged to give me an extension after the 30 day period. I continued to use up all the devices which completed the 6 week period. I contacted Moriah and she advised to return the empty packages along with a letter explaining that it didn’t work.
