I am a medical technologist doing a lot of pipetting and I ended up in the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. Praise God no heart attack...just carpal tunnel syndrome. I purchased this in April of 2023 and within several days I was totally out of pain. I did as directed from First Hand Medical and much relief came. The product is well worth your time and money to stay pain free.

I used the product for six weeks I used the product for six weeks, unfortunately for me it didn’t work at all, I must be one of the 3% that it won’t work on. With the refund policy, after 4 weeks, I contacted the company and Moriah at customer service was very helpful, she arranged to give me an extension after the 30 day period. I continued to use up all the devices which completed the 6 week period. I contacted Moriah and she advised to return the empty packages along with a letter explaining that it didn’t work. Within a week I received a refund for the purchase price less the shipping. Very pleased with their customer service.

I used this product 12-years-ago when… I used this product 12-years-ago when diagnosed with CTS. My hands and fingers were ridiculously numb, and the tingling would keep me awake at night, interfering with the quality of sleep. Love this product - faithful customer I have been using the My Carpal Tunnel products from First Hand Medical four about 4 years. These products are excellent. The pads greatly reduce the pain experienced from Carpal Tunnel. I experience severe pain with numbness, tingling in my fingers, and it's even painful to type. After using these products for a couple of weeks, I almost completely forget that I ever had any pain. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who experiences carpal tunnel.
