Still have not received my product or… Still have not received my product or any tracking information regarding when it will arrive. Called and left a message this morning with customer service and sent an email this afternoon with no response. This will definitely be my last time making a purchase through this company. There too many other companies out there that get stuff done efficiently.

Customer service does not exist Customer service does not exist. Phone number is not real. They dont have live agents. Sent me the wrong order. Still havent gotten word back. Not using ecms anymore. Just pray that A) you actually get your order B) The order is correct because youre not getting a refund
