Our booking advisor Jaime was… Our booking advisor Jaime was unbelievably helpful and kept me informed of any changes throughout the entire process. Answered any questions that I had and arranged the perfect hen do! The ONLY slight downside was the quality of the hotel provided wasn’t that great, we had 4 rooms and 3 were quite poor whereas one was ok. The actual location of the hotel though was perfect! Transfers were arranged perfectly from the airport and the activities arranged were also all on time and well organised! Would certainly use them again.

Excellent Service I had a very large group to cater to for a hen event with a small budget; however, Evie (my booking rep) from OffLimits was fantastic. I had several silly questions which she was happy to answer via telephone or email. She was patient and extremely accommodating. My needs were looked after and I had a very happy bride and group of girls at the end of the night. I will be recommending OffLimits to everyone for the foreseeable future!

Poor communication and money lost. You pay individually but refunds/credit notes are only processed by the lead passenger. Responses are poor and our lead passenger has had to take action following guidance from the citizens advice bureau. We are all out of pocket by hundreds of pounds each for a hen do that should have taken place over a year ago. I would never use them again.
