I am very happy with my experience… I am very happy with the customer service that I experience with Tessa. Any questions or concerns I have she helps me with. We communicate on a few different platforms & she is always willing to answer. Having complicated issues, it is so reassuring that you can message someone like Tessa & have an answer on how to help you start feeling better right away. One night all of my symptoms were flaring, and even some new ones. She directed me to eat a certain food, which I did and I was instantly better. Why I did not give 5 stars? I am tough with my ratings. I rarely give out 5 stars.

It is great working with someone that has been through it, so she knows how you are feeling whether you are finding solutions for yourself or your child. Saving my health and my life Tess has been a life saver on my health! She has been with me through the navigation of elimination, helping me talk to my doctors and encouraging me to stay the course. I would be very sick if it were not for Tessa. We found out that how my doctors were treating me was ineffective because of my CIRS and Lyme disease. They would not even run the tests. Tessa helped me navigate and get the tests run to save my health. I strongly encourage you to do the time with Tessa. You will be healthier and so much happier ❤️
