Amazing experience! Had I known about flow payments earlier and did a little bit of research regarding the processing industry, I would’ve applied with them from the very beginning. I had applied with EasyPay Direct in early OCT and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. With Alex’s help, I was able to get approved for a merchant account the very SAME DAY I applied. Holy crap that’s unheard of! And pretty much the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, bar none. Alex is truly awesome and assisted me every step of the way. Work with Alex, if you can! Alex took care of everything quickly and professionally. I had an issue after terminating my merchant account (closed my business) and he was quick to do everything possible to remedy the situation. I didn't expect such great customer care even after no longer needing an account, but he consistently worked on resolving the issue for nearly a week.
