Klinio replaces complexity and confusion with taste and great results in their food plan. Most food plans are complicated with ingredients that are either hard to find, expensive or out of season. Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow, time conscious for the busy person, have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets. The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry. Following Klinio's food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived.

Return policy NOT GOOD, app is mediocre If you have an eating disorder, be CAREFUL - this can potentially be triggering. ALSO be aware that their current refund policy is 24 HOURS, not 30 days!!! I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.

No refund On 03-03-24 I downloaded the App and registered with Klinio. Due to the fact that I am on Disability Benefits I realised with in a few minutes I couldn't afford the membership of £57 so I cancelled. I got an email to tell me that my card would not be charged. Then on 06-03-24 Klinio took that £57 out of my account. I have contacted them several times but they wont refund me. I am now very worried about my rent becoming due!

An easy-to-use app for improving diabetic outcomes Overall, this app has an enjoyable layout and lets you see how you are doing in your health goals. You can see your approximate blood glucose levels and a calculation of your A1c as a result of your glucose meter readings. The recipes suggested in the meal plan are doable. Some meal planners ask you to do more than you can keep up with when you're working full time, but the meal plans suggested by Klinio can be easily prepped for in advance and the ingredients are attainable.

Klino's was a lifesaver for our family! Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.
