GBSo far so good So far the plan and app are working great. My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty. My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things, as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive. Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient.

GBGood range of meals Good range of meals. Ability to monitor your water. Love the ability to learn about triggers. Love the evaluations and the diabetic risk indicator. Love the breakdown of calories. Ways it could be improved is linking to a smart watch like apple or Samsung watch.

AUKlinio replaces complexity and confusion with taste and great results in their food plan. Most food plans are complicated with ingredients that are either hard to find, expensive or out of season. Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow, time conscious for the busy person, have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets. The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry. Following Klinio's food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived.

GBAn easy-to-use app for improving diabetic outcomes Overall, this app has an enjoyable layout and lets you see how you are doing in your health goals. You can see your approximate blood glucose levels and a calculation of your A1c as a result of your glucose meter readings. The recipes suggested in the meal plan are doable. Some meal planners ask you to do more than you can keep up with when you're working full time, but the meal plans suggested by Klinio can be easily prepped for in advance and the ingredients are attainable.

CANice, simple pre-diabetic (or diabetic) app - It’s an app for diabetic or pre-diabetic people I like it because the information is presented in a simple, casual way without the sycophantic style of Noom (sorry, Noom). Apples to oranges, actually. Klinio is important fir me, as my goal is weight loss AND reduced blood sugar This keeps me accountable. Some tuning to the food log is needed (bigger food library and units - the default is 3.5 ounces, which is… weird)
