Tracking food intake and activity is so easy and has helped me learn about carbs, protein and fat breakdown. I joined to try and adjust my blood sugar levels which are just into diabetes level. But I've lost 13lb in my first week and 11 inches overall with 5 off my waist.

Takes the burden of meal planning off of me I love Klinio because it has daily meal plans with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Everything is super healthy and easy to prepare. Each meal includes the nutritional value as well. I especially like the adjustable portion controls on the recipes (like for 2 or 4 people) and the exportable grocery lists.
