You can see your approximate blood glucose levels and a calculation of your A1c as a result of your glucose meter readings. The recipes suggested in the meal plan are doable. Some meal planners ask you to do more than you can keep up with when you're working full time, but the meal plans suggested by Klinio can be easily prepped for in advance and the ingredients are attainable.

Not user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all. Klinio replaces complexity and confusion with taste and great results in their food plan. Most food plans are complicated with ingredients that are either hard to find, expensive or out of season. Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow, time conscious for the busy person, have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets. The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry. Following Klinio's food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived.

The meal plan is delicious and really simple ingredients that we most likely use on a daily basis.. not a lot of complex recipes. I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. The food has made me regular too and was having a lot of issues prior.

Will Initial subscription be refunded Signed up for a month's menu to try this out costing £29. Email then showed what I would get and I wasn't satisfied also small print at the end said that they would automatically take next payment a month later. This hadn't been clear. Was not happy with this so went into app and deleted my profile. I have emailed them and they said further subscriptions automatically get cancelled if app deleted but waiting for response as to whether my request for initial £29 will be refunded since I am within the 14 days Cooling off period. THANK YOU Klinio, the £29 has now been refunded into my account as of 24th January. Restored my faith in your company but think Trustpilo review helped.
