The support team were very quick to respond to my correspondence. Treated my concerns in a polite professional manner. My congratulations to Klinio team. It is rare in this day of electronic purchasing etc to receive good old fashioned service.

GBGood range of meals Good range of meals. Ability to monitor your water. Love the ability to learn about triggers. Love the evaluations and the diabetic risk indicator. Love the breakdown of calories. Ways it could be improved is linking to a smart watch like apple or Samsung watch.

CAReturn policy NOT GOOD, app is mediocre If you have an eating disorder, be CAREFUL - this can potentially be triggering. ALSO be aware that their current refund policy is 24 HOURS, not 30 days!!! I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.

GBWill Initial subscription be refunded Signed up for a month's menu to try this out costing £29. Email then showed what I would get and I wasn't satisfied also small print at the end said that they would automatically take next payment a month later. This hadn't been clear. Was not happy with this so went into app and deleted my profile. I have emailed them and they said further subscriptions automatically get cancelled if app deleted but waiting for response as to whether my request for initial £29 will be refunded since I am within the 14 days Cooling off period. THANK YOU Klinio, the £29 has now been refunded into my account as of 24th January. Restored my faith in your company but think Trustpilo review helped.

GBNot user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all. Don't waste your time or money Sally I am responding to your reply on this review. I have also reach out to you CS. Would just like a refund 4-8-24 Monday
