GBNot user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all. Don't waste your time or money Sally I am responding to your reply on this review. I have also reach out to you CS. Would just like a refund 4-8-24 Monday

GBNo refund On 03-03-24 I downloaded the App and registered with Klinio. Due to the fact that I am on Disability Benefits I realised with in a few minutes I couldn't afford the membership of £57 so I cancelled. I got an email to tell me that my card would not be charged. Then on 06-03-24 Klinio took that £57 out of my account. I have contacted them several times but they wont refund me. I am now very worried about my rent becoming due!

GBKlino's was a lifesaver for our family! Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.

GBI subscribed to their app on Sunday I subscribed to their app on Sunday, and cancelled the subscription on the same day. I received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled only to realise 3 days later that £57 had been debited from my account. I queried the charge and was informed I should have requested a refund???? But as a gesture of goodwill they have offered a 50% refund. This is highly inappropriate and a full refund should be in order. I used Apple Pay and will be consulting Apple on their policy regarding this. Cancelled subscription’s are never charged yet upon cancellation I was still charged for an app I did not use!

GBUseless app Everything is wrong with this app. Thank goodness I don't have diabetes. First of all but enough different as I can't see this app helping in that respect at all. Doesn't with with enough fitness trackers, and all of their numbers are off on calories burned for activities (way too high) and same for food consumed. Not enough ways to report foods consumed (uses mostly ounces( and gives inaccurate values for those. Basically useless. I went back to paper and keeping track on my own. If I were to eat what they are recommending based on my activity and eating patterns I would be gaining weight. I cancelled my subscription but as I paid for six months, there is no refund, I just can continue to use something that's a waste of my time. Don't waste your time or money, ANY other app is better than this. Going back to my simple runmefit app which connects with my fitness tracker and keeps track of all my numbers. I started using three weeks ago and it doesn't even accurately reflect the days you log your information. Very unhelpful/unfriendly user app 😡
