The Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. Refund Following on from my previous negative review. I would like to express my thanks to Klinio for giving me a full refund. Would recommend this company.

Will Initial subscription be refunded Signed up for a month's menu to try this out costing £29. Email then showed what I would get and I wasn't satisfied also small print at the end said that they would automatically take next payment a month later. This hadn't been clear. Was not happy with this so went into app and deleted my profile. I have emailed them and they said further subscriptions automatically get cancelled if app deleted but waiting for response as to whether my request for initial £29 will be refunded since I am within the 14 days Cooling off period. THANK YOU Klinio, the £29 has now been refunded into my account as of 24th January. Restored my faith in your company but think Trustpilo review helped.

Return policy NOT GOOD, app is mediocre If you have an eating disorder, be CAREFUL - this can potentially be triggering. ALSO be aware that their current refund policy is 24 HOURS, not 30 days!!! I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.

So far so good So far the plan and app are working great. My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty. My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things, as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive. Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient.
