I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.

Klino's was a lifesaver for our family! Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.

So far so good So far the plan and app are working great. My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty. My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things, as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive. Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient.

Provides good information to maintain prediabetic A1C levels or reduce. My renewal came this month at a bad time so I cancelled the plan for $99 which was in process to my bank. I got same day reply and was assured a quick refund which today I saw going back to my account. Will definitely use Klinio again in the future!

Takes the burden of meal planning off of me I love Klinio because it has daily meal plans with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Everything is super healthy and easy to prepare. Each meal includes the nutritional value as well. I especially like the adjustable portion controls on the recipes (like for 2 or 4 people) and the exportable grocery lists.
