GBSo far so good So far the plan and app are working great. My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty. My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things, as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive. Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient.

GBVery simple approach to weight loss and… Very simple approach to weight loss and controlling sugar levels. The app takes out the guess work and is very interactive. The meal plan is delicious and really simple ingredients that we most likely use on a daily basis.. not a lot of complex recipes. I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. The food has made me regular too and was having a lot of issues prior.

AUThe Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. GBNot user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all. Don't waste your time or money Sally I am responding to your reply on this review. I have also reach out to you CS. Would just like a refund 4-8-24 Monday

GBSo glad I found Klinio. Really useful learning sheets every day taking a few minutes to read. Tracking food intake and activity is so easy and has helped me learn about carbs, protein and fat breakdown. I joined to try and adjust my blood sugar levels which are just into diabetes level. But I've lost 13lb in my first week and 11 inches overall with 5 off my waist.
