You can see your approximate blood glucose levels and a calculation of your A1c as a result of your glucose meter readings. The recipes suggested in the meal plan are doable. Some meal planners ask you to do more than you can keep up with when you're working full time, but the meal plans suggested by Klinio can be easily prepped for in advance and the ingredients are attainable.

Klino's was a lifesaver for our family! Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.

The Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. Not user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all.
