AUThe Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. Thank you Klinio.

GBKlinio made it so easy to prepare meals… Klinio made it so easy to prepare meals or to swap meals of my own and still get the results I wanted! Provides good information to maintain prediabetic A1C levels or reduce. My renewal came this month at a bad time so I cancelled the plan for $99 which was in process to my bank. I got same day reply and was assured a quick refund which today I saw going back to my account. Will definitely use Klinio again in the future!

CANice, simple pre-diabetic (or diabetic) app - It’s an app for diabetic or pre-diabetic people I like it because the information is presented in a simple, casual way without the sycophantic style of Noom (sorry, Noom). Apples to oranges, actually. Klinio is important fir me, as my goal is weight loss AND reduced blood sugar This keeps me accountable. Some tuning to the food log is needed (bigger food library and units - the default is 3.5 ounces, which is… weird)

CAReturn policy NOT GOOD, app is mediocre If you have an eating disorder, be CAREFUL - this can potentially be triggering. ALSO be aware that their current refund policy is 24 HOURS, not 30 days!!! I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.

GBGood range of meals Good range of meals. Ability to monitor your water. Love the ability to learn about triggers. Love the evaluations and the diabetic risk indicator. Love the breakdown of calories. Ways it could be improved is linking to a smart watch like apple or Samsung watch.
