I received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled only to realise 3 days later that £57 had been debited from my account. I queried the charge and was informed I should have requested a refund???? But as a gesture of goodwill they have offered a 50% refund. This is highly inappropriate and a full refund should be in order. I used Apple Pay and will be consulting Apple on their policy regarding this. Cancelled subscription’s are never charged yet upon cancellation I was still charged for an app I did not use!
