The support team were very quick to respond to my correspondence. Treated my concerns in a polite professional manner. My congratulations to Klinio team. It is rare in this day of electronic purchasing etc to receive good old fashioned service.

No refund On 03-03-24 I downloaded the App and registered with Klinio. Due to the fact that I am on Disability Benefits I realised with in a few minutes I couldn't afford the membership of £57 so I cancelled. I got an email to tell me that my card would not be charged. Then on 06-03-24 Klinio took that £57 out of my account. I have contacted them several times but they wont refund me. I am now very worried about my rent becoming due!

Klino's was a lifesaver for our family! Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.

The Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. So far so good So far the plan and app are working great. My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty. My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things, as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive. Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient.
